Micro Screening / Filtration
The separation of very fine solids leads to a significant improvement in effluent quality by adding the following treatment steps for biologically treated wastewater and also for raw sewage.
WATER FILTRATION AFTER BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT
Filtration of biologically treated wastewater serves to remove suspended solids (slurries) remaining in clarification effluents. These suspensions contain about 50% carbon, almost 10% nitrogen and over 1% phosphorus. The solution is made with the rotating drum filter, sand filters and membrane reactors
DIRECT FILTRATION OF WASTE WATER
The first stage of mechanical pre-treatment with fine sieves is the least expensive and offers the best cost / value ratio. For the micro-screening of raw sewage, we offer HUBER equipment depending on the requirements from 0.01 mm to 1 mm.
